The service from the staff was impeccable, and the whole area was both very clean and incredibly quiet. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

The accommodation was very modern with brilliant facilities such as electric shutters and a big flat screen TV. The area around the hotel was idyllic, surrounded by lush green forests, and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained during our city break. We particularly enjoyed exploring the tree top adventures and the paintballing. the helpful staff supplied us with discount tickets for a nearby thermal center.

The room was somewhat dirty on arrival and the kitchen plumbing was broken with water dripping from the sink. There was also a lot of noise coming from the plumbing of nearby rooms.

The beds were comfortable and even the pull-out bed under the bunk beds was surprisingly cozy. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the activities and attractions. The staff was friendly, helpful, and multilingual. a great experience in a beautiful setting!
